The Amiens Picardie CHU (teaching hospital) has a capacity of 1,600 beds and performs nearly 340,000 external consultations per year. The establishment has nearly 5,600 employees.
Since the summer of 2009, the E-DEAL CRM suite is being used within the IT services of the Amiens CHU. The goal of this is two-fold:
- The health care center wants to implement a help desk for its employees, to help them process requests regardless of their nature.
- The CHU also wanted to implement a better administrative management of its mails, invoices, etc.

The data input interface is now unified: whereas before data had to be entered multiple times in order to identify an incident, this now only needs to be done once.
