The ACMF chooses E-DEAL CRM for its member relations

To support the launch of a range of highly value-adding services, the ACMF chose E-DEAL CRM. The solution supports its advisors working in the call center to address the requests and answer the questions of its members, and provides a comprehensive and shared knowledge base through the E-DEAL CTI and E-DEAL KNOWLEDGE BASE modules. Thanks to E-DEAL SALES, the ACMF also has a 360° view of its member relations. It is also envisaged to implement the KPI module, whose reporting features will support prospective operations, marketing campaigns and partner relationships, to identify and capitalize on Key Performance Indicators.

The Automobile-Club Médical de France (ACMF) is an association under the French law of 1901 founded 60 years ago by doctors, intended for health care professionals. It offers its 13,000 members car, health and legal assistance and provides a call center where its advisors answer questions they may have on every day issues, service employment, consumption, etc. In order to continue to meet the needs of its members and continue to support them, the AMF launched a range of highly value-adding services.
