The customer strategy of the UCPA is based on E-DEAL CRM technology

The UCPA is a non-profit association founded in 1965 under the French law of 1901. This union of associations is unique in France: all its members are legal persons. It is administered by public authorities, including the Ministry for Youth, Sports and Community Life, and by popular French youth and education associations, who alternately Preside it, and by France’s primary outdoor sports associations and sports federations.

UCPA chose E-DEAL CRM to support the implementation of a customer relationship department, whose goals are to:

  • develop the volume of activities and visitors;
  • guide the UCPA as a whole to generate added-value for its clients;
