Since then, a Customer Relationship Center —equipped with the solution— has been established, thanks to which they have been able to go from processing 20 requests a month to 300 requests per month.
The Toulouse CCI chose the E-DEAL Consular CRM solution in 2008. Initially, within the “Business Support” Department, we used the solution to centralize all our contacts within one single database, send e-mqilings to promote collective communication actions (events) and log all individual actions carried out (meetings, diagnosis visits, etc.).
